Operation Konversation - Teacher Edition
Consider this your backstage pass.
A 10-week peer group for independent language teachers, coaches and educational consultants
who want to create modern, AI‑infused teaching experiments, build real relationships with other teachers, and ultimately work less, earn more money and feel genuinely impactful in their students’ lives.
You’ve heard a lot about how technology can help you teach better and kick out burnout, but how’s it actually meant to work?
You’re working hard trying conferences, AI talks, courses, templates and endless experiments in ChatGPT to get there, but:
You’re still spending far too long preparing lessons, feeling tired, burnt out and unsure how to keep or attract enough students.
You’re wasting time trying to figure out AI on your own, not knowing which tools to use or how to bring them into your classes without confusing students or encouraging cheating.
You feel like everyone else is performing better while you’re stuck in chaos with no clear system, worrying you’re getting it wrong or even that you’re too old and out of touch.
You don’t have to do this alone.
Operation Konversation Teacher Tier is a small teacher group to help you finally try AI in your teaching with live, visible experiments instead of guessing alone.
Brought to you by Kerstin Cable (Hi, that’s me!)
I’ve been teaching online for 14 years, and I’ve run an AI‑focused language learning club for more than two years.
Starting 16 March I’m running a new language course
where I’m experimenting with new, conversation‑focused, AI‑infused ideas with a highly motivated group of smart language students…and this teacher tier lets you sit behind the scenes, see what works and adapt it for your own teaching.
Operation Konversation is my innovative dual experience with one tier for learners, one tier for teachers, running side by side.
THE SPEAKING TRACK (Learner Tier)
For intermediate German learners:
This is a 10-week live speaking program where I’m putting all my creative, learner-first and AI-supported ideas into action.
And for you as a Teacher:
THE INNOVATION TRACK (Teacher Tier)
You’ll get debriefs, strategy breakdowns, wins, experiments, and full transparency on how I’m running the learner experience.
Plus, my step-by-step guide to testing and adapting it in your own teaching.
Operation Konversation Teacher Tier can help you
Run a series of small AI experiments in your real classes, instead of leaving ideas on the shelf
Build a simple, repeatable way to bring modern, AI‑infused tasks into your lessons
Feel more connected, confident and proud of your teaching again
…so that you can have a flexible, future‑proof teaching career that feels lighter, more creative and properly valued.
-
Get a fly-on-the-wall look at what I’ve been thinking, doing and learning in my German course each week, so you can see real-life decision-making instead of polished theory.
-
Receive the debriefs via Telegram or Voxer, so everything is in one convenient place where you don’t lose messages and I can comment on every update.
-
Join a weekly live call where we talk through what’s working, you get direct coaching, and you leave with a concrete new idea to try in your own lessons.
-
Work alongside other independent language teachers in a small group, get to know each other, swap experiments and feel like you’re at the cutting edge instead of figuring it out alone.
-
Choose one project by week three, design it together with me, implement it in your class during the programme and see what happens with support and debriefs as you go. This is the Tweakable Teaching Framework!
Here’s what you get in Operation Konversation Teacher Tier
Over ten weeks, you’ll follow a simple rhythm of watching me experiment, trying your own version in class and getting support on it, so that you can feel confident, modern and in control of your teaching.
Real Teaching Experiments
Step 1: Join the Teacher Group
You sign up to the teacher tier, I add you to the online group and you get your first voice message and notes about what I’m planning to do, so you start with a clear sense of what we’re experimenting with and you’re not doing this alone.
Step 2: Weekly Behind-the-Scenes + Missions
Each week, you receive a behind-the-scenes debrief and a weekly mission, so you can see exactly what I’m trying in my German class and decide how to adapt the same ideas and workflows into your own lessons.
Step 3: Coaching and Your Project
We meet for a weekly live call or voice chat with coaching and debriefs, and by around week three you choose one concrete project to implement in your own class. We design it together, and you get feedback and adjustments in real time.
Step 4: Implement, Tweak & Become a Whizz
You run your project in your classroom, use the Tweakable Teaching framework and peer coaching to refine it, and keep looping what you learn back into your teaching.
Where This Takes You
Turn all those saved prompts, half-watched webinars and scattered ideas into live classroom experiments that actually make your teaching feel more modern and more you.
And when your teaching feels unique, modern, and effective, it becomes easier for the right students to recognise your value and pay you accordingly.

Teacher Tier gives you behind-the-scenes access to Operation Konversation, a live German course starting March 16 where I’ll be experimenting with AI-supported teaching ideas and creative conversation formats.

No. Instead you’ll get short debriefs after every lesson (voice + notes) explaining:
• what I tried
• how students responded
• what worked or failed
• what I’d change next timeYou’ll also see the materials and prompts used.
This way you get the insights without sitting through entire lessons.
-
Typical weekly engagement might be:
• 15–20 minutes reviewing the class debrief
• optional live mastermind session (~1 hour)
• quick questions or discussion in the teacher chatYou can participate as lightly or deeply as you like.
